I thought I could look at these and resist temptation, but then I saw the pumpkin pie bars with brown sugar oatmeal crust… yum!
Also, I really feel like apples have been an overlooked fall staple lately. I’d love to see an apple recipe round up!

I swear I have a pumpkin recipe that will change your life! My grandma’s pumpkin cookies with caramel brown butter frosting. Check out the recipe here! If you’re going to bake one thing this fall, bake these!!!

Every autumn I make Martha Stewart’s spicy pumpkin cupcakes with the best cream cheese frosting and they are always a huge hit! Sometimes I do mini cupcakes, sometimes I do regular, and this year I made a half cake with four layers and tons of that gorgeous frosting (and one and a half candles) for my daughter’s one and a half birthday. A great recipe to go back to time and again.

Let the drooling begin! I might just make all of them. I have 3 sugar pumpkins from my garden that need roasting, puréeing and eating.
Dogs love pumpkin purée too!

I was just thinking, “I’d like to get my pumpkin fix with things that won’t make me look like a pumpkin!” :)
I love pumpkin soup and curry. I’ve not tried it as a pasta sauce but I think you’ve inspired me!

Oh my gosh !! These are too yummy!
I’ll be making pumpkin bread, that’s a given, because I have to try it, but then, I will have this pumpkin brownie picture (yum!) on the back of my mind until I make it so, that too….
And pumpkin cheesecake? I’ve never tried that, so I’m gonna have to make that one too! (Oh my!)

I’m pinning the bread and the mousse — one for my girl’s 2-year birthday breakfast since you’re calling it “bread” and not cake, and the other for Thanksgiving. Thank you! I always stock up on pumpkin puree and never use it as much as I think I will.
