How long do you have to wait to consume anything else. 15 minutes 20 minutes?
Reply
Ashley says
We usually wait 10-15 minutes before enjoying a cup of coffee or eating breakfast. Hope that was helpful, Tammy.

Do you have to refrigerate it for the 3 days?
Reply
Ashley says
Hi Dianna, you can drink it right away. It can hold up in the fridge for up to a week (if not longer). However, lemon juice can turn bitter over time, so I'd consume it as quickly as you can, and make fresh batches regularly. Hope that helps.

how many serving is this recipe? If i wanted to make a serving size fresh for each day is the amount different?\
Reply
Ashley says
Hi Sharon,
This recipe is 2 servings. Each serving yields about 1/3 cup. We treat it like taking a shot. Also, we double (sometimes triple) the recipe card so that we can have "shots" throughout the week. We divide our servings into 2.5 ounce Mason jars. I hope that helps.Reply
Annette Posada says
I love this but after the required time, when can I start it again?Reply
Ashley says
Hi Annette, you can restart the process as often as you like. We typically do it 3-4 times a week, in no particular order. Hope that helps.
