The holidays are b.u.s.y.
But you guys all know that.
That’s why we need REALLY easy and delicious treats to reward ourselves when we get a little stressed. 😉
Enter: easy peanut butter fudge.
I’ve had a few requests from you guys for a peanut butter fudge recipe. You ask. I deliver. And JUST in time.
I couldn’t decide between a chocolate chocolate peanut butter fudge or a white chocolate peanut butter fudge, so today, I did both. 🙂
What I like most about this peanut butter fudge recipe is that you literally just throw everything into a microwave and it magically turns into fudge.
Let’s start with the double chocolate peanut butter fudge.
Double Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Into a bowl place: powdered sugar, cocoa powder, butter, chocolate milk, and peanut butter.
Pro tip
Sift your powdered sugar and cocoa powder to avoid lumps.
Microwave everything above for 90 seconds.
Whisk in vanilla then pour into an 8×8 baking pan.
Place in the freezer until firm. Serve and enjoy!
The result is an ultra chocolatey, perfectly peanut butter-y, incredibly smooth, rich, and creamy peanut butter fudge. 🙂
White Chocolate Peanut Butter Fudge
Into a bowl place: powdered sugar, white chocolate chips, butter, chocolate milk, and peanut butter.
Pro tip
Sift your powdered sugar to avoid lumps.
Microwave everything above for 90 seconds.
Whisk in vanilla then pour into an 8×8 baking pan.
Place in the freezer until firm. Serve and enjoy!
The result is an extremely creamy, perfectly peanut butter-y, amazingly sweet, thick, and rich peanut butter fudge. 🙂
Whichever version you choose (they’re both equally delicious), I just KNOW you’re gonna love it. It’s honestly the creamiest fudge I’ve ever had.
Pro tip
I like storing these in the freezer, because the consistency is just amazing.
Now go.
Go and eat some easy peanut butter fudge! 🙂
Happy Holidays!
